our integrated Bangalore facility produces everything from raw PP granule to finished printed bag — in-house.
Complete vertical integration means every variable is controlled — raw material grade, tape denier, weave density, lamination thickness, print register, and final bag dimensions.
Virgin PP and HDPE granules from approved polymer suppliers are processed through high-speed tape extruders. Molten polymer is extruded through flat die, quenched, slit and drawn into thin flat tapes of precise denier (800–2,000 denier) and width.
PP tapes are woven into tubular fabric on our fleet of 32+ circular looms at controlled weave count (8×8 to 14×14 strands/inch). Fabric weight is set by loom parameters — the foundation of every bag's mechanical performance.
Woven fabric passes through lamination stations where PP or BOPP film is applied via extrusion coating or adhesive lamination to one or both fabric faces. Lamination creates the moisture barrier and the print substrate.
Multi-colour flexo printing on laminated fabric surface using food-safe inks. Up to 8 colours with Pantone matching, registration accuracy, photo-quality halftone and full bleed capability for demanding brand guidelines.
Printed fabric is cut, gusseted, stitched (or heat-sealed), fitted with handles, liners and closures on automated bag-making lines. FIBC loop webbing and valve assembly are integrated at this stage.
Every batch undergoes final QC: GSM verification, tensile/elongation testing, dimension check, print adhesion, drop test, and visual 100% inspection. Test certificates accompany each consignment. Third-party inspection available.
Built to supply large-volume clients reliably and on-schedule.
When a bag manufacturer sources fabric from one supplier, lamination from another and printing from a third, every process variation compounds. Quality drift is hard to trace and harder to fix.
At Rajaansh, the entire process chain is owned and operated in-house. If a denier specification drifts, we catch it at extrusion before it reaches the loom. If GSM is off, we correct loom parameters before lamination. No finger-pointing, no hidden variation, no surprises at your end.
This vertical integration also means faster turnaround — we don't wait on vendor delivery schedules to meet your timeline.
No waiting on external loom suppliers or printers. Your order runs on our schedule.
Each batch traced from raw material lot to final bag. Full documentation available.
Samples in 5 days. New artwork production samples in 10 days. No external artwork approvals needed.
No outsourcing markup. Integrated manufacturing passes cost efficiency to the client.
